Web developer: websites, internal systems, end-to-end analytics

I’m Vadim. I build websites, internal systems and end-to-end analytics, and stay with them after launch.

Websites: Tilda, 1C-Bitrix, WordPress, Joomla, MODX, Webflow, Astro. Builds from Figma and PSD, SEO fixes from a brief, speed, hosting moves, hack cleanup, Russian privacy law.

Systems: in Next.js and Python I build booking with payments, team portals, CRMs, Telegram bots and dashboards. For an art studio chain in the US I built a booking system to replace a paid SaaS.

Analytics: GA4, GTM, Yandex Metrica goals, one report that ties ad, visit, order and revenue together, dashboards that pull data from ad accounts, CRMs and services on their own.

First I look at the site or process and tell you what is doable and what it costs. I work on a copy, not on the live site.

I don’t design from scratch; I work from a design, a brand book or a prototype.

Custom booking system for art studios

Booking widget, payments, guest portal and staff console instead of a paid SaaS

The brief: Shot of Art, a chain of 7 studios in the US, ran on Peek Pro and kept hitting its limits: about 40 complaints, from cross-location promo codes and memberships to bulk date closures and missing reports. They needed their own system at parity by the end of 2026.

  • Before writing code I wrote the spec and acceptance criteria (“Peek parity plus every complaint closed”) and a 13-sprint plan, walked through Peek live and built a parity table.
  • Step-by-step booking widget: date, time, guests, add-ons, questions, contacts, payment, plus an embeddable version. No double bookings: 6 simultaneous bookings for 4 free spots give exactly 4.
  • Guest portal from an email link: rescheduling, add-on purchases, signed e-waivers, a kiosk mode for the front desk. Reminders 24 h and 2 h before.
  • Memberships, gift cards, promo codes, rooms and resources, bulk scheduling, date-based pricing.
  • Staff console: sales, calendar, slot manifest, register, guests with duplicate merge, audit log, emails to a guest or a whole slot with delivery status.
  • Two-factor sign-in for roles with access to money, a security audit before the pilot, Sentry and Better Stack monitoring.
  • Every screen passes lint, type checks, unit tests and Playwright with accessibility checks at 390 and 1440 px.

Result: The system is deployed with more than 4,000 automated tests. Before the pilot I checked 34 areas of studio work against Peek; switching the site to the system and back takes minutes. Stripe payments are tested in test mode. The live-booking pilot in the Houston studio is next.

End-to-end analytics: from ad to booking

Visit, booking and revenue tied to ad spend, with marketing, ops and finance dashboards

The brief: Shot of Art ran ads in 7 cities while bookings went through a third-party Peek widget. Nothing linked ad, visit, booking and money: GA4 lost purchases and sessions broke on the jump into the widget.

  • Fixed lost purchases in GA4: the purchase event fires in every Peek booking flow across 7 locations. Added cross-domain tracking so sessions no longer break.
  • Extended the Cloudflare Worker in front of the site: server-side visit cookies, a bridge token into the booking widget, data-sale opt-out and the GPC signal.
  • Joined Peek web orders to visits by order number with a last non-direct click model over 30 days. Campaign spend comes in from ad accounts through Windsor.ai.
  • Built reports: an impressions → visits → Book now → leads → sales funnel, channels, multi-channel leads, a deal card, branded vs non-branded organic from Search Console.
  • Marketing, operations and finance dashboards on a separate domain, fed automatically from GA4, Search Console, Google Business Profile, Klaviyo, Peek, telephony, site forms and spreadsheets.
  • Connected the Meta pixel to the Conversions API gateway and built a server-side purchase event per city.

Result: Revenue in the reports matches Peek to the cent. The attribution screen opens in 0.4 s instead of 4.7 s.

Shot of Art, art studios in 7 US cities

Webflow site work: new cities, landing pages, geo links, booking buttons

The brief: An existing Webflow site for 7 cities: open new studios, launch ad landing pages and keep every button pointing at the right city’s booking.

  • Launched Las Vegas on the site: swapped wrong booking widgets on 10 cards, added the city to 6 holiday cards, fixed a 404 URL and headings with the wrong city.
  • Shooting & Spinning ad landing pages for 4 cities: 196 reviews from Peek and Google filtered by city, Google rating, a sticky booking button on mobile.
  • Geo links /book, /date, /family, /group send visitors to the nearest city. They run on Cloudflare; I fixed 404s for crawlers and Chicago visitors being sent to New York.
  • An off-site events card in 5 cities leads to a landing page instead of Peek. A “coming soon” page for a new studio.
  • Cross-domain tracking in GA4 for 7 city tags so sessions survive the jump into the booking widget.

TableTools dashboards and CRM

My studio site with live dashboard and CRM demos, no sign-up

The brief: A studio site where a client opens a dashboard demo for their industry on their own, no call needed.

  • 9 service pages, including a Power BI replacement, and 5 CRM pages. A 4-step calculator: timeline, payback, comparison with hiring an analyst.
  • The demo is a separate app: 6 industries, 104 weeks of data, location totals add up to the chain. 57 blocks, a “build your own” constructor, an on-screen tour.
  • A CRM demo: deal board, warehouse and purchasing.
  • Leads go to a Telegram bot and to domain email through Russian hosting. Email with DKIM and DMARC, Yandex Metrica goals, Webmaster and Search Console.
  • Checked 31 pages at 6 widths with no horizontal scroll.

Result: The site ranks first in Yandex and Google organic results for “tabletools дашборды”. Demo data is made up; the structure matches a real project.

Internal tools for an art studio chain

Team portal with an AI assistant, CRM and email migration, membership automation

The brief: The Shot of Art team needed one place for roles, documents and the add-on price list, while older tools lived on other people’s servers and platforms.

  • Team portal: roles and access, documents, read-and-confirm checklists, an add-on catalog and price list. The Peek catalog (419 products) and training progress sync nightly.
  • The “Ask AI” assistant on Claude answers only from data the employee can already see. Spend is capped per month and per person per day.
  • A studio tab: abandoned carts from Klaviyo with a call script, an influencer list, Google reviews.
  • Moved the influencer CRM from Replit to Vercel and Neon, reconciling 21 tables, and added hourly video stats from Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
  • Moved emails off an agency server to my own Cloudflare Worker and D1: AMP forms, postcards, 57 flow emails and 70 templates in Klaviyo.
  • Membership: Stripe payment → signature check and replay protection → member in Peek → welcome email. Accepted in 4 cities.

Marzhinator: analytics for Ozon sellers

A team project: onboarding, retention, a referral programme and analytics before the ad launch

The brief: The service works out profit per product on Ozon: P&L, ABC, margins. I joined the seven-person team in August 2026 and took growth work: a newcomer should reach the first report, and a paying user should stay.

  • Onboarding: a first-run overlay, a setup checklist and a guided tour over the real interface instead of mock screens, plus a preview mode that shows the app as a newcomer sees it.
  • Retention on cancellation: a three-step dialog with an offer only for users who have already paid. Trial protection: the same Ozon account cannot get a second trial.
  • A referral programme from scratch: a service, a migration, a panel on the subscription page, a code at sign-up. The discount is computed at payment time, a user can be referred only once, and a concurrency test catches the double-click race.
  • Analytics before the ad launch: Yandex Metrica with five goals, the sign-up source stored in the database, a Sources report in the admin. SEO: robots, sitemap, soft 404s, canonical tags, www merged.
  • About 200 automated tests for my own work (pytest and Playwright). The retention and referral tests passed a mutation check: every deliberate break in the code fails a test.

Result: 41 commits in two weeks, all in production. The team built the landing page in the screenshot; my changes there are SEO and analytics.

Mini CRM for an agency (MVP)

Leads, deals, proposals, tasks, SLA control and funnel reports

  • Leads with stages and transition history: a lead cannot move on until the stage’s required fields are filled.
  • Lead briefs, deals closed as won or lost, proposal versions inside a deal, tasks.
  • Response-time control: a scheduled check creates tasks for overdue items.
  • Reports: funnel, manager performance, loss reasons, sources, proposal conversion.
  • Roles: admin, head, manager, account, viewer. CSV lead import, Russian interface.

Booking inside the bot, conflict-free slots, reminders, a manager API

  • A client books inside the bot: service, day, time, confirmation. “My bookings” shows and cancels them.
  • Slots follow working hours, service length and a buffer. Overlaps are blocked at the database level.
  • An admin API for the manager: services, slots, bookings, status changes, alerts on new and cancelled bookings.
  • Reminders 24 h and 2 h before, with retries on failed sends.
  • Health checks, JSON logs, unit, integration and e2e tests, build and deploy through GitHub Actions.

  • Two models: a fast default and a fallback. Without an API key it runs in a test mode with no external AI.
  • A daily token limit per person and user blocking are set in a config file.
  • Summaries go to the CRM through a webhook, data lives in PostgreSQL, with a set of answer-quality evals.

Tilda

Epichnye laser studio

New home page from the brand book, working leads, privacy law and SEO

The brief: A studio chain: redesign from the designer’s brand book. The old home page was 63 Zero blocks, and some forms never reached the inbox.

  • Built a home page prototype with three hero variants; the client chose a hybrid. Moved it into Tilda through the editor API as code blocks: on phones Zero blocks gave a fixed 320 px artboard and overlapping text.
  • Found why leads were lost: the receiver key in a hidden form field was truncated. Revived a dead consultation form and checked it with a live submission.
  • Three unlabeled price sheets became four with “diode / alexandrite” and “women / men” switches. Added a “Which laser is yours?” block and messengers for both studios.
  • Full Russian privacy law compliance: 4 legal pages, Metrica and widgets load only after cookie consent, Google Fonts removed.
  • SEO: organization, two salons and an 8-question FAQ in structured data with no validator errors, og images, region in Yandex Webmaster. Metrica goals for booking and consultation.

Result: New home page: 287 ms LCP and zero CLS on slow 4G. No horizontal scroll from 320 to 768 px.

One thank-you page for every form on the site

The brief: Send visitors to a single thank-you page after any form, so leads can be counted.

  • Built a /thanks page in the site’s style: dark background, a back-home button, contacts.
  • Tilda has no site-wide “after submit” setting, only per block, so a single HEAD script sends every form there on the success event.
  • Kept the existing anti-spam script, added my code after it and republished every page.

Bitrix redesign: 69 service pages, blog, portfolio, photos and SEO

The brief: Redesign an Aspro Premier site from a Figma design and a structure brief: 9 service sections, each with its own timeline, scope and estimate.

  • A custom template on top of Aspro: header and footer, home, services hub, a 79-article blog, portfolio, contacts, 7 “About” pages.
  • A service template of 14 optional blocks: no data, no block. 69 service pages, 58 with filled timeline tables and scope of work.
  • A “Quote for your project” form in a modal without page reload, leads to the company inbox.
  • Removed the template’s demo content: a 405-item catalog, promotions, news. Searching for “sofa” now returns nothing.
  • A photo audit of 199 pages at 1440 and 390 px: closed 54 of 60 critical issues with licensed stock and client photos.
  • SEO: 25 service URLs and duplicate services closed with 301s, 23 broken links in articles fixed, one H1 per page, 52 junk URLs removed from the sitemap.

Result: The whole template is new on staging and the redesign is delivered. The client moves it to production.

Clever Place office furniture

Tech audit closed, backdoor removed, sitemap cut from 46k to 20k URLs, new home page

The brief: Fix SEO tech audit issues (robots, sitemap, broken links, duplicate meta), then build a new home page from a brief.

  • Closed the tech audit, re-checked by the client’s SEO specialist: from 375 broken link pairs and dozens of duplicate title and description groups to zero.
  • Product variants shared one title: added the SKU in 129 templates.
  • 13 brand sections returned 404 and 10 more URLs returned 400; now 200. 4 subdomains on an expired Tilda plan 301 to the main site.
  • Found why a foreign domain kept reappearing in the sitemap: neighbouring sites on the same Bitrix install were rewriting it. Turned that off.
  • Removed a backdoor from the server that posed as a system process and ran from cron.
  • Built the new home page on a hidden test page through two rounds of edits: product grid, work stages, project photos. A test lead reached amoCRM.

Result: Sitemap: from 46,163 URLs with only 2 valid ones to 20,164, all valid.

Tech audit, catalog speed and database load

The brief: Fix SEO tech audit issues and take load off the database: the catalog was slow and the database CPU spiked.

  • Tech audit: 51 broken links in the HTML map out of 914, 302s replaced with 301s, canonical and https, empty pages return 404, empty “category + brand” pages closed from indexing.
  • CLS on brand pages from 0.37 to 0.03, on model pages from 0.66 to 0.02. Counters load on first interaction, maps on scroll.
  • Rewrote the sitemap generator: it stopped at 1,130 URLs, now 106,953.
  • Removed delivery, courier and online payment the client does not offer: code plus three database migrations.
  • Analysed 9 days of the slow log: 466k queries over 2 s, 79 % of them the catalog list. Sped up sorting, filtering and part-number search with identical results.
  • Found the cause of load spikes up to 95 %: the catalog recalculation agent ran up to 7 copies at once.

Result: Price sorting 0.76 → 0.17 s, filter 2.2 → 0.44 s, part-number search 0.32 → 0.014 s, a cold section page 12–21 → 2–3 s. Background database load 16–35 % → 0–3 %; with the agent off, spikes dropped to ~5 %.

SEO for the home page and catalog sections, spam-free forms, trust signals

The brief: SEO fixes from a brief, then form complaints: spam, empty emails, “12” passing as a phone number. Then a brief on trust signals.

  • Title, Description and H1 for 4 catalog sections; every news and article page had the title “News”, fixed. Canonical for URLs with UTM and ~30 other tags.
  • Home page: one H1 instead of two, new meta, intro copy with internal links, a 5-question FAQ. Fixed images overflowing at 768–1439 px.
  • The “Briquetting lines” section from an SEO plan: meta, copy, links, FAQ.
  • Forms: SmartCaptcha on 6 forms, phone validation, the right sender address, a separate template for leasing quotes, double-submit protection.
  • Trust signals: a questionnaire in 11 categories, “Service” ↔ catalog linking (4 sections and 44 product cards), WhatsApp and Telegram on 3 pages. A crawl of 353 URLs before and after: no differences.

Result: Spam came through the questionnaire because bots read the stock image captcha. With SmartCaptcha the server rejects empty and forged tokens.

  • Home page SEO: meta, intro copy, links to services, FAQ with structured data.
  • A new “Full PPF body wrap” page: stages, film brands, 7 cases, a 6-question FAQ. A “Services” submenu in a header with a hard-coded menu.
  • SmartCaptcha on popup forms. Fixed sending from iPhone: the button slid under Safari’s toolbar.
